This is Eli

A blog about Eli. A blog about survival – and by that, I mean life!

Good news. Google finally indexed this blog.

This will help me in my mission to use the power of the www to spread the word about Eli.

They love me. They really love me.

They love me. They really love me.

Word has spread pretty far already. WordPress shows in its stats the countries from whence readers hail. A tiny Caribbean island called Guadeloupe is in the mix with 1 view. Here are a few others:

COUNTRY VIEWS
United States 4,724
United Kingdom 15
Canada 11
Spain 10
Netherlands 6
Australia 3
Germany 2
Colombia 2
Dominican Republic 1
Mexico 1
Russian Federation 1

I think we have about 25 e-mail subscribers, too, and six Twitter followers, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

I love my son. I love information. (Eli wins, obvis, but I’m just sayin). I hope combining those two elements will bring good juju for Eli as I continue to write. I’ll try to stay off my soap box, but I do hope people who have been given perfectly good lungs might reconsider voluntarily messing them up. I hope other people with CF find this blog and offer us tips, medical news and hope. Maybe I’ll eventually be able to provide that, too, but this is all so new. I’m nobody’s expert so far. But I’m learning.

Julie. Have u ever looked at caring bridge? U might be able to find/follow other people w similar issues as u. Its a website where u can update blog style. I know people who have used that. Don’t know if u can track down others w cf or if u need to know them in order to find them.
